We operate the Forbetra personal development platform at app.forbetra.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our service.

- Development Data: Objectives, focus areas, weekly check-in scores, and notes you enter into the platform.

4. SMS/Text Messaging
Forbetra may send SMS text messages to users and reviewers for the following purposes:
- Feedback request invitations sent to reviewers.
- Coaching invitation notifications.
- Welcome messages when added as a reviewer.
Message frequency varies based on coaching activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for support. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of using Forbetra.
Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in or consent data, will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent information is used only to deliver the messages you opted in to receive, and is shared with our SMS provider (Twilio) solely to deliver those messages. No mobile information is shared with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:
- Clerk: Authentication and user management.
- SendGrid: Transactional email delivery (primary).
- Postmark: Transactional email delivery (fallback).
- Twilio: SMS message delivery.
- Anthropic: AI-generated coaching insights.
- Neon: Database hosting.
- Vercel: Application hosting.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at sagal@thewinningmind.com.
